About this Retreat
With my work, I try to bridge 20 years of experience as a clinical psychologist and existential psychotherapist with indigenous mind navigating methods and my own personal exploration of consciousness.
I am particularly dedicated to people undergoing spiritual crises, navigating the liminality of realities and experiencing spontaneous expanded states of consciousness such as kundalini awakening or psychosis.
Using different therapeutic methods, I aim to guide individuals in rediscovering their connection with self-love, body wisdom,
the Earth, and the transformative power of community. I believe in the restorative and corrective potential of being in a group. This is why working as a facilitator brings me so much joy.
I am a psychologist with an MSc in Neuropsychology and, over the last decade, have immersed myself in the exploration of psychedelics and expanded states of consciousness. Guided by the awareness of life's interdependence, I approach both life and work with the understanding that we are nuanced beings with interconnected dimensions.
As the co-founder of Ōsmos Studio in Berlin, I have been involved in hosting group workshops alongside private sessions. Recently, I relocated to the Spanish mountains to reconnect with my roots and further deepen my relationship with the natural world.
A significant aspect of my work involves creating a safer space for people from the LGBTQI+ community and supporting them in their processes.
Details of this retreat
Our retreats explore different topics and this retreat is an invitation to explore Belonging in a new way—not bound by tradition, territory, or social status. While many of us dream of feeling the sweet love of belonging in our hearts, we often struggle with feelings of disconnection, misunderstanding, or separation from others and ourselves. Disconnection from self and others can be both the reason and a symptom of mental disorders like depression, anxiety and even psychosis. That's why learning to be in relationship is such a crucial life skill. Unfortunately, we live in an era of loneliness and as the WHO declared in 2023, loneliness is a pressing global health threat. Often, simply recognizing what blocks us from forming healthy relationships can open a new chapter in life—one filled with joy shared with like-minded souls.
This retreat is for those ready to dive deep into healing and overcoming harmful relationship patterns—or for anyone seeking to meet like-minded individuals. Together, we will work on deconstructing the illusion of separation, which often means reconnecting on a heart level with partners, friends, or even ourselves.
We believe that our next evolutionary step is to experience true belonging. By overcoming ancestral and cultural programming we are fostering deep connections and a profound sense of unity.
We will journey together using expanded states of consciousness, modern psychological insights, and the timeless wisdom of indigenous traditions. This powerful combination will help us uncover the barriers to belonging and open our hearts to profound connection.
As Ram Dass said "we’re all just walking each other home" - let's make this journey together simply joyous.
