A Program for Mental Health Professionals & Peer Specialists
PROGRAM BY INVITED PRESENTER
As more clients express their mental health crisis, we as practitioners absorb more stress. Join Brett Cotter, award winning author and trainer, to learn essential new tools to help you save lives and reverse burnout and empathy fatigue. You will learn techniques for:

In-session self-care to clandestinely release your own stress as it arises
Body language postures to disarm your clients’ defense mechanisms
5 questions to quickly surface the core issue from the depths of the subconscious
Breathwork to effectively release your clients emotional tension
Co-regulation exercises so your sessions end with inner-peace for both parties

Have Questions? Book a 15-minute Discovery Call with Brett at https://www.stressisgone.com/discovery

This program is delivered online over three Sunday afternoons; recordings will be distributed after each session:

November 9: In Session Self-Care & Body Language Techniques (now available exclusively as a recording)
November 16: Words that Save Lives: What to Say and How to Say It
December 7: How to Let Your Sessions Heal You

Through an engaging experiential learning format that includes simulation, partner role-play, and Q&A, you will master the tools that have immediate impact with your most troubled patients, clients, and peers.

Every participant will receive the Suicide Prevention Family Handbook, The Stress Is Gone Method, and The Stress Is Gone Suicide Prevention Training Guide, containing the Suicide Prevention Protocol, as well as the recordings of all three sessions.

"As a clinician, it was impressive feeling my own stress lift out of my body."
Gerri DeBenedetto, LCSW

5 prompts to surface the core issue fueling the ideation
Method to remain truly present with your patient's deepest pain

My retreat was great met alot of interesting people from everywhere as far as Brazil and China most people were from New Jersey. The food was great. I was in the yoga class on a chair and then decided I wanted to sit on the mat i miss and landed on the floor. There was so many people that just jumped out to help me. The place is very peaceful it feels like one big family. Catherine Asaro

Peace in a comfortable environment
From the moment I arrived I was impressed with how peaceful and immaculate the entire facility is. The rooms had exactly what I needed with a comfortable bed and pillows, meditation table and cushions, and a desk. Towels were provided as well. Vegetarian meals were delicious. I was able to immerse myself in the silent meditation retreat and focus on deepening my practice. This is a perfect place for me and I’m already planning my next retreat.
