Dr. Tedi Zeng is a Doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine, Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist, Certified Tai Chi, Qigong, and Yoga Teacher, and former OB-GYN and Women’s Health Advocate from China.
With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Zeng has dedicated her life to supporting women and couples on their fertility and wellness journeys. Her integrative approach combines the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the grounding practices of mindful movement and modern coaching to restore balance, enhance vitality, and awaken the body’s innate capacity to conceive.
Dr. Zeng is known for her compassionate, trauma-informed, and deeply personalized care. She creates a safe and nurturing space where participants can reconnect with their bodies, release emotional blockages, and rediscover trust in their natural rhythms.

In this retreat, you’ll explore a holistic approach to nurturing fertility and feminine wellbeing. Through guided meditation and pelvic floor-activating movements, you’ll learn to calm the mind, release tension, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms. Nutrition and lifestyle coaching sessions will offer practical guidance for balancing hormones, reducing stress, and creating supportive daily habits. And in the creative visioning workshop, you’ll clarify your dream of an ideal pregnancy and family life, cultivating trust and openness to new possibilities.
