Deepa is a born and brought up in yoga capital of India Rishikesh. From young age Deepa was introduce to yoga and she later persuade her Master degree in yoga In India to deepen her knowledge. She ha since devoted her life to studying and practising yoga, and she was passionate about sharing its transformative power with others. Deepa is a daily practitioner of Hatha Yoga.

Rajesh ji is an E-RYT 200 and RYT 500. He is lead teacher and director of yoga teacher training courses at Kaivalyam. He has been teaching yoga for more than 10 years, very well known for his inspiring teachings that cover physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga. He is an expert in Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, Pranayama, and shatkarma. He has done a master in yoga sciences and is now pursuing a Ph.D. in yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Haridwar. For him, the best part about teaching is having the hope that he can inspire and support his students in his little unique ways!
