About this Retreat
I have been investigating, learning, and exploring awareness over the past decade through various tools such as meditation (different observation techniques), Reiki, Raja Yoga (the yoga of the cognition) studies, and Frequency Therapy,
My journey with sound began with my attraction to the frequency of the Didgeridoo, an ancient and powerful instrument that works with unique frequencies and overtones. I offer sound journeys that create a space for you and your body to heal, connecting with your fundamental body frequency. I am inspired by both ancient practices and modern scientific research, like Fabio Maman's groundbreaking work on the healing potential of sound and its impact on the cellular level.
During the past decade, I have been fascinated by the wisdom of the East, including Yoga and Buddhism. By combining the wisdom and practices of Raja Yoga and Buddhist techniques, I provide tools that allow for fully living day-to-day life. This unique blend enables us to develop the qualities we need most in our daily lives, such as focus and wide attention.
As an Engineer and Co-Founder of Sowillo Energy, a renewable energy company, I am promoting global changes for a sustainable world.
From an early age, I felt a strong pull to live my individuality and walk my own path. No matter where life took me, I naturally found myself guiding and caring for others. Even when I tried to move away from this role, it continued to call me back. Through Human Design, I learned how to embody this gift in a way that is sustainable, healthy, and deeply aligned for both myself and those I serve. As a Projector, guiding is my nature, and supporting others in reconnecting with their own truth is my deepest joy.
My spiritual journey began over fifteen years ago through Buddhism, yoga, and self-inquiry, where I discovered that true transformation comes from turning inward. Alongside these paths, I spent many years studying and training as a Holistic Health Practitioner, completing extensive education across multiple healing modalities, including Reflexology, Massage Therapy, Aromatherapy, and energy healing.
At the heart of my work is helping people find comfort within discomfort - whether spiritual, emotional, or physical - by meeting what is, learning to accept reality, and releasing the constant urge to fix or override their experience. Over the past decade, I have worked with hundreds of people in both private practice and public health settings, witnessing the body’s natural capacity to heal and the profound shifts that occur when we soften into presence rather than resistance.
In early 2020, during a period of deep personal transition, Human Design entered my life. Although I initially resisted it, its accuracy and depth were undeniable. Experimenting with strategy and inner authority initiated a powerful process of deconditioning that reshaped my health, relationships, and sense of self. Today, I live with greater trust, embodiment, and self-respect than ever before.
Human Design did not give me something new—it returned me to myself. It continues to guide my path and inform how I serve others: with clarity, integrity, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s unique design.

We want you to be as convenient as possible so we will try to fit the time of the sessions to your needs. There is plenty of free time for you to enjoy the staining area and beaches, and explore the area. We are here to recommend and assist with your needs and desires.
You can arrive at any hour during the day, we will meet you and take you to your home. Schedule your arrival with us.
Arrival day
You will have an opening talk, intentions, and a delicious welcome dinner.
The following 3 days:
-Morning meditation and teaching/Group yoga practice
-Refreshing Breakfast
-Human Design session - diving into qualities, conditioning, contemplation questions, and activation.
-Free time to explore the local beaches, national parks, and animals.
-Every other day (afternoon) you will receive one of the following for your choice:
-Sound Healing
-Reiki
-Reflexology
Optional on one of the days: National park/waterfall joint visit
The last day:
-Morning meditation followed by breakfast.
-Closing session with Terra and beach sunset farewell.
If you choose to stay after the retreat, we can assist you with accommodation and recommendations.
If you are leaving straight after the retreat, we will provide a ride to the bus/shuttle.

To access the Costa Rica Caribbean coast (Puerto Viejo), you will most likely have to go from San Jose, the Capital.
There are three ways you can get here:
-Driving with a private car to Puerto Viejo
-Taking a Shuttle from San Jose (SJO) airport to Puerto Viejo
-Taking a bus from San Jose to Puerto Viejo/Manzanillo
-By Rented Car:
The distance between San Jose and Puerto Viejo is approximately 134 miles or 217 kilometers.
If you are looking into how to get from San Jose Costa Rica to Puerto Viejo and you value freedom and flexibility, a rental car is a great option. It will not save you any money over booking a shuttle, but will give you the ability to stop along the way if needed or desired.
Many folks heading to the Costa Rica Carribean coast may discover that they won’t actually use their car once they are there as it is common to bike between the small towns sprinkled down the coast. For these folks, this is a valid reason to consider taking a shuttle or a bus between San Jose and Puerto Viejo.
