Join the RESET : The Public Speaking Retreat, a 3 day, intensive, facilitated, leadership retreat to help you find your inner leader's voice and equip you with the tools to put it into action.

Overcome imposter syndrome and speaking anxiety through professional coaching, mindfulness, and group dynamics in a supportive and serene setting at Florence House, East Sussex.

THE JOURNEY WE’LL GO ON

Facilitated by Matt and a small, professional team, we will help you:

Identify and give space to the root causes of what holds us back from speaking up
Expand out from this space into the possibilities of a different way of expressing and leading ourselves
Learn how to speak from the body and heart - in sync with our intention, rather than being interrupted by the mind
Develop a toolkit for storytelling, preparation, mind and body approach and a framework for the future
Practise speaking up, presenting authentically and creating an action plan for when you leave

Schedule

Day 1:

Arrival: Monday, 12.30 pm

Afternoon: Light yoga, coaching circles, dinner

Evening: Meditation & shared learnings by the fire (yurt)

Day 2:

Morning: Light yoga, breakfast, coaching circles

Afternoon: Lunch, coaching circles, dinner

Evening: Meditation and shared learnings by the fire (Yurt)

Day 3:

Morning: Light yoga, breakfast, coaching circles

Afternoon: Lunch, closing coaching circles, goodbyes

Departure: Wednesday, 4.30 pm

Directions

Seaford has a train station and plenty of bus links to the local area including Brighton and Lewes.

Please note that guests are responsible for making their own way to and from the retreat location, this is not included in the price.

Accommodation

A private single occupancy room for one person. Florence House sits at the top of Seaford's head on the edge of the South Downs. The house is surrounded by lush landscapes and sea breezes. It is truly a haven tucked away waiting to be found. It’s a much-loved venue for life-enhancing workshops, retreats, weddings, and conferences. In essence, it is a place of inspiration, of calm, that reveals the potential of each guest through the healing energy of the space.

Eat delicious, healthy, nutritious vegetarian food. The food is delicious, home-cooked and seasonal. All the dry goods are organic and, where possible, produce from their own organic garden is used.
