Sarah Marcus, LCSW, (she, her) is trained in Community Resiliency Model®, The Gottman Method, Studies Esther Perel and trained in EMDR. She is a mother and Reiki Teacher/Master living in rural Salmon, Idaho. Living immersed in a rugged landscape has supported her growth and reaffirmed the importance of our connection to nature. She is passionate about supporting people on their journeys to living a life they enjoy, finding balance through healthy therapeutic introspection, somatic experiencing and nature immersion.
As a Level three trained Gottman Therapist she can support an experiential River Rafting adventure while holding space for you and your partner to grow and deepen your connection to yourself, each other and the magical nature the Salmon River offers.

Schedule
Each morning we will have light movement and stretching while discussing the rapids for the day.
As we make our way downstream, each couple will have 4 hours of private sessions throughout the trip, and will have the opportunity to participate in campfire group sessions every evening.
Mid-day we will stop for lunch and have educational/ connection conversation
Raft for a few more hours
Each evening camp will get set up and then group offerings of sharing, emotional regulation practice with natures support and conversation focused on mindfulness, connection, building intimacy and normalizing the struggles people face in relationships today.
The closest airports are Missoula Montana, and Idaho Falls Idaho. Both are approx. 2.5 hours drive to Salmon and then we take off the River by Riggins Idaho and accommodations need to be made for a shuttle for your vehicles or flights out.
Accommodation
Each night we will set up a new camp as we float down the river. Couples will each have a private tent that they will put up and take down. River Guides set up the rest of camp and provide all the meals
