About this Retreat
Yoga, dance, and writing are fundamental pillars and tools in my life.
I am a vegetarian and have been vegan. I am passionate about cooking from scratch and have experience cooking for groups of up to 30 people when I have lived in a community.
My project FYS move was born 4 years ago, where through movement, artistic expression, and ancestral practices, we accompany people to live enlightening experiences. In these experiences, they connect with their essence and become aware that they are the creators of their own reality.
I am a dedicated person who, when something interests me, I immerse myself completely in it. Additionally, I love to share myself, so my entire working life has been primarily based on teaching.
Artist and Multifaceted
Being an artist is being a creator, first of your own life and then, by living it, you become a generator of dreams in the world.
An artist never runs out of creativity, inspiration, perseverance, and the willingness to question themselves, to change their stance to see what happened from another perspective.
At the age of 15, I began to meditate, and it remains a foundation of my daily life. I also started practicing Yoga, exploring various styles (Hatha, Kundalini, Lucid Dreams...) and studying numerous philosophical and spiritual currents until in 2010, I pursued an initiatory training in Taoist Bioenergetic Medicine. It lasted for 3 years.
In 2012, I slowed down due to the birth of my first child.
Since then, I have been accompanying individuals both in group and individual settings on their journey towards self-awareness and health.
I have a constant and dynamic relationship with nature, both through caring for the vegetable garden and fruit trees, and through walks and contemplation of forests and other wild places.

You can also use this silence space to create, like an artist residence.
Awake every morning connecting with your body during a Yoga class, connect with the intuitive writing or go deep in your contemplation practice.
Enjoy a delicious and healthy vegetarian breakfast, brunch style. Have free space to do some hikes, a private counseling session or just do nothing for once before our late lunch. Eat consciously, dance, sing or immerse yourself into a ceremony with a sharing circle when you arrive and before you leave.
It's an invitation to intermittent fasting, to build healthy habits, realize your inner dialogue and disconnect of your device. Social media detox.
We will accompany you before your arrival to integrate and gradually increase your periods of fasting. But you will always have access to fruits, infusions and broth.
