Working with Shuy in the jungle of Tulum was the most profound and transformative experience of my life.

I arrived mentally and spiritually broken, carrying years of trauma I didn’t fully understand at the time. Alcohol, unhealthy cravings, strained relationships, and an underlying anger and short temper that seemed to come from nowhere had quietly become part of my daily life. Years spent in military special operations and war left marks I had never fully faced. I knew I was being called to this work, even though I was scared, anxious, and unsure of what to expect.
From the very beginning, Shuy and his team created an environment of complete safety, trust, and respect. Every step of the cleansing and ceremonies was guided with deep care, intention, and professionalism. Because of that, I was finally able to let go and trust the process.

The experience itself is impossible to fully put into words. What I can say is that it brought me an inner peace I have never known. My anxiety is gone. My relationship with alcohol and sugar has fundamentally changed, without effort or struggle. The constant underlying anger and short temper I carried for years has dissolved. My mind feels clear, calm, and steady.

Most importantly, the way I listen and respond to others is different now. I am present. I am patient. I can hear people without reacting, without tension, without needing control. Life feels slower, clearer, and more intentional.

This work reconnected me with nature, with myself, and with a sense of serenity I didn’t believe was possible anymore. The medicine is real, and its power goes far beyond words.
I am deeply grateful to Shuy, his incredible team, and Ayumene for making this journey possible. They helped me begin a life rooted in love, compassion, patience, and understanding. I will carry this experience with me forever.

One of the coolest experiences ever. Shuy picked us up from the airport. We settled in to our room and a few hours later he picked us up & headed to the Selva Mágica to start our plant healing ceremonies. My wife & I did Kambo and later in the day we did Bufo. Bri and Shuy made our experience out of this world beautiful. The following day we did Ayahuasca, 3 others joined in that Ceremony. Aurora, Shuy & Bri guided us in that ceremony. Aurora sings and goes straight to your heart. Bri also sings very beautifully and each sang to us along with playing instruments that made it an amazing night. We rested the following day as we spent the night in the jungle. The following day my wife Jenneva did Kambo & Bufo again and in the evening I participated in a Mushroom Ceremony. Our experience was amazing and way better than the one we did in April this year. It was good but this was amazing. It felt like we were with family the whole time. Everything was explained and the Dieta provided was amazing. Shuy Aurora & Bri we loved every part of our experience and we we’ll definitely be back.
