Retreat Proposal
Our program combines meditation, yoga, detoxifying liquid nutrition and intermittent fasting practices, providing a welcoming environment for inner connection, relaxation and self-care.
Programme
Friday
• 5pm - 6pm: Reception and integration of participants.
• 7pm: Light dinner (soup), initial preparation for fasting, followed by the first meditation practice of the retreat.
Saturday
• Morning: Meditation session followed by energizing yoga.
• 11am: Nutritious detox juice to break the fast.
• 1pm: Light lunch with detoxifying soup.
• Afternoon: Contemplative walk on the beach and silent meditation practice, free time to practice other therapies (Reiki, Massage, Sound Bath, TRG)
• 6pm: Dinner with detoxifying soup and resumption of the 16-hour fast.
• Evening: Sharing circle, chants and Sound Healing
Sunday
• Morning: Yoga and Meditation
• 10am: Detox juice to break the fast, followed by Sound Healing.
• 1pm: Light lunch with soup, ending the detox journey.
• 1pm: Closing and farewell.
Food and Fasting
The food will be entirely liquid and detoxifying, with soups and juices specially prepared to nourish the body while promoting detoxification. The practice of intermittent fasting will be conducted with care, respecting the well-being of all participants.
