About this Retreat
Camilo has been practicing hatha yoga for more than 7 years, where he progressively turned the practice into a habit and a way of life. He lived for a year immersed in one of the ashram (yoga sanctuary) of the Shivananda tradition, located in Colombia, in the town of San Rafael Antioquia, where he perfected his practice, he was baptized with the spiritual name of "Haridas", in the tradition and was granted permission to share the asanas of the rishikesh series.
Over the last 2 years he has improved his way of sharing the practice of hatta yoga, focusing more on the needs of the people than on the strictness of the practice and tradition, and in this way delivering medicine much more in line with what each person needs.

He dedicated his life for 14 years to the defense and promotion of the human rights of indigenous, peasant and Afro-descendant communities who are victims of armed conflicts, especially the Colombian one.
Olga, a medicine woman and musician, has been walking with cocoa medicine for more than 14 years, training with grandmothers from the ancient indigenous peoples of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and the Muysca indigenous people. Its focus is self-understanding and self-observation accompanied by the ancient cocoa plant as an engine for the awakening of the heart.
