About this Retreat
I work as an occupational therapist in healthcare and welfare while also being active as a yoga instructor. I focus on helping people stay present in the moment, feel the connection between mind and body, and move comfortably with their breath. I'm interested in cultures from various countries, and I love traveling abroad. I’m looking forward to talking with everyone in Kyoto.
Since childhood, I have been involved in modern dance and began my acting career in 2013 with a performance in the Noda Map theater. Currently, I am engaged in physical expression activities as an actor, model, and yoga instructor. I also participated in the closing ceremony of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and supervised the yoga sequences. I love traveling and enjoy festivals where I can experience nature and culture.

It has a rich history and is often performed at imperial and Shinto ceremonies, evoking a sense of solemnity and elegance.
