We are a National Yoga Alliance-certified school located in Yotsuya, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.

We provide high-quality instructors with small class sizes and face-to-face classes.

With 12 years of experience, our school is a certified institution under the International Yoga Alliance and has trained over 1,500 yoga instructors. We teach alignment and adjustment techniques tailored to each individual, based on a deep understanding of body structure and biomechanics.

Our specialized programs, including Personal Yoga Training, Functional Anatomy & Adjustment, and Teaching Practicum, help participants refine their skills and progress to advanced levels.
