Day 1 · September 22
Arrival window is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
This first day is about stepping out of speed, pressure, and performance, and entering a very different rhythm. You arrive at the house, settle into your room, take in the mountain silence, and begin to leave behind the mental noise of ordinary life.
In the late afternoon, we gather for our opening circle, intention setting, and the first activation of the retreat container. This is where we begin creating the safety, honesty, and focus needed for the work ahead.
After that, we head to a local restaurant for a nourishing welcome dinner. The process begins gently but clearly. From the very first evening, the invitation is to soften the mask, slow the nervous system down, and begin returning to what is real.
Day 2 · September 23
We begin the morning with somatic meditation and esoteric martial arts, bringing attention back into the body and reawakening contact with your center.
This day also introduces key principles of Shamanic Aikido: how to relate to pressure, projection, and external demands without collapsing, pleasing, or losing yourself.
Later, we enter the sacred Bosque de Albergaria, one of the most powerful forests in the region. We walk through ancient silence, reconnect with the deeper rhythm of nature, and share a picnic outdoors.
At Portela do Homem, the freezing waters become part of the method. This is not just a nice nature stop. It is a direct embodied intervention that helps interrupt passivity, fear, and emotional stagnation, while restoring aliveness and presence.
We return in the evening for integration, allowing the body and mind to digest the first deeper movements of the retreat.
Day 3 · September 24
This day moves more directly into emotional opening, deeper honesty, and contact with the structures underneath the visible symptoms.
We begin with conscious dance and movement, loosening stagnant energy and helping the system become more expressive, fluid, and available.
From there, we continue into the valleys and crystal waters of Gerês, allowing the landscape itself to support the process of unmasking. Nature is not decoration here. It helps strip away noise and bring you closer to what is actually happening inside.
As the day moves toward evening, the work turns more explicitly inward. Through ritual, contemplation, and guided inquiry, we begin examining where you have traded self-respect for approval, adaptation, false safety, belonging, or emotional survival.
This is one of the key days of the retreat. We start exposing the core beliefs, inner contracts, and fragile identity structures that keep Borrowed Value alive.
Day 4 · September 25
Deep work needs rhythm. Not every day is about pushing. This day gives the system space to breathe, settle, receive, and integrate.
We begin with gentle nature yoga, helping the body soften while staying present and connected.
Later, we visit São Bento Sanctuary, a place of stillness, devotion, and quiet inner listening. The atmosphere of this place supports subtler work around receptivity, dignity, and the ability to let life in without tension.
In the afternoon, we spend time near Caniçada Lake, allowing the nervous system to regulate through beauty, spaciousness, and contact with water.
The teachings of the day focus on worth, receiving, and the relationship between your inner state and what you allow into your life. Many people know how to give, strive, or endure. Fewer know how to receive cleanly, without guilt, tension, or suspicion.
At night, we gather under the stars for a Shamanic Drum Journey, deepening the contact with inner guidance, symbolic perception, and the more intuitive layer of the work.
Day 5 · September 26
This day is about standing in your space more cleanly and beginning to translate the process into more practical self-respect.
The morning includes body-based release and grounded practices that help you feel your center more clearly and occupy your space with greater dignity and presence.
Later, we walk among the medieval structures of Lindoso, connecting with the archetype of rootedness, strength, and sovereignty. This setting naturally supports work around boundaries, self-respect, personal space, and energetic stability.
From there, the process becomes more practical and direct. We move into teachings around boundaries, communication, discernment, and the standards that protect your energy.
You begin clarifying what no longer fits, where you still betray yourself, and what kind of life, relationships, and choices actually reflect your worth.
This is where alignment becomes concrete.
Day 6 · September 27
The final day is about sealing the process and preparing for real life.
We work with purpose, Tarot, vision-based exercises, and final integration, helping connect restored self-worth to direction, standards, and the next concrete steps in your life.
This closing phase is not only reflective. It is practical. The aim is that you leave not just with emotional insight, but with a clearer inner map and a stronger sense of what you need to protect, change, and move toward next.
We close the retreat with a final integration lunch, and departure takes place after the 2:00 PM closing lunch.
You leave with more than a memory of a powerful week. You leave with a method, a structure, and a deeper sense of what it means to live from your own worth.
