Afternoon Session: Dive deeper into Flow Therapy Movement, integrating emotional and physical practices.
Special Workshop: A session with a guest body percussion artist, exploring the connection between music and movement.
Dinner (8:30 p.m.): A shared meal, followed by an evening circle of reflection to discuss insights, feelings, and experiences.
Sunday
Breakfast (9:00–10:00 a.m.): A peaceful morning meal.
Morning Practice: Gentle movement or meditation to integrate the weekend’s learnings.
Flow Therapy Movement: Final group exploration, bringing together all the elements of body, mind, and music.
Lunch (2:00–4:00 p.m.): A special farewell meal and time to reflect.
Departure: Flexible—leave after lunch or stay until 6:00 p.m
