Hello everyone!
My name is Hamide Uzun, and I am a dedicated and experienced Nutritionist specializing in wellness, detox, and anti-aging programs. My passion lies in helping individuals not only understand their eating habits but also create sustainable lifestyle changes to improve their overall well-being.
I graduated from the Faculty of Health Sciences at Erciyes University in 2011, and I am currently pursuing my PhD at İzmir Katip Çelebi University. The ever-evolving field of nutrition science continues to inspire and motivate me, and I am committed to staying at the forefront of new developments to best support my clients in their health journeys.

I’m Zeynep, a dedicated Physiotherapist from the stunning city of Antalya.
My strong interest in medicine, especially human anatomy, combined with a creative perspective, led me to pursue a career in physiotherapy. After completing my education abroad, I returned to Antalya, where I participated in various specialized certification programs in physiotherapy. Additionally, I enhanced my language skills to improve communication with the many international visitors our city welcomes each year.
My passion for engaging with different cultures naturally drew me to a career in a health and rehabilitation hotel. Treating patients from around the world provided not only valuable professional experience but also an enriching cultural exchange.
As a physiotherapist, I place great emphasis on postural awareness, as I believe many common pain-related issues stem from a lack of understanding of body posture. Our center is located at the Nirvana Cosmopolitan Hotel in Antalya, Turkey. The nearest international airport is Antalya International Airport (AYT), which is approximately 20 minutes by car. For guests staying 7 nights or more, we offer complimentary airport transfers. Alternatively, taxis and private shuttles are available at the airport for convenient transportation to the hotel.
