I am a dedicated practitioner and guide specializing in transformative healing experiences. My passion lies in creating safe, supportive, and profoundly healing spaces for those seeking to reclaim their power and reconnect with their true selves. Through my own journey and extensive training, I have cultivated a unique approach that integrates ancient practices with modern therapeutic techniques. As a Breathwork Specialist and Master Trainer through Awakened Breath since 2023, I have guided countless individuals and students in harnessing the power of breath to release trauma, access deeper states of awareness, and cultivate inner peace. My breathwork offerings are rooted in both traditional practices and cutting-edge approaches, allowing clients to break free from the limitations of corporate stress, codependency, substance abuse, anxiety disorders, and the everyday struggles that keep them feeling stuck or small. In addition to breathwork, I am deeply committed to energy work. I hold a Reiki Level 2 certification from 10,000 Names, guided by Reiki Master Angela Updike. My Reiki practice is centered on restoring balance, promoting relaxation, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes. I believe that energy work, when combined with intentional breath practices, can unlock profound shifts in well-being and consciousness. One of the most transformative aspects of my facilitation journey has been my work with Bufo Alvarius. After two years of dedicated study, I underwent an initiation process with Madhu Anand and the Family of Light in Tulum, Mexico, in 2024. This training experience deepened my understanding of the profound power of 5-MeO-DMT as a tool for spiritual awakening and self-realization. My approach to Bufo ceremonies are rooted in deep reverence, safety, and the creation of a container that honors each individual’s unique process, followed by integration sessions. My passion for guiding others on their healing journeys is informed by my own experiences and over six years of working in the fields of substance abuse and mental health. This background allows me to offer compassionate, trauma-informed care to those who are navigating challenging life transitions, seeking to overcome addiction, or breaking free from the constraints of everyday struggles. Through my practice, I aim to facilitate experiences that inspire growth, healing, and a deeper connection to one’s true essence. I am honored to hold space for those ready to reclaim their personal power and pursue a path of transformation.
