I am a dedicated guide and practitioner specializing in transformative healing experiences. My work is rooted in creating supportive, courageous, and nurturing spaces for those ready to reclaim their power, reconnect with their true selves, and step fully into their own authenticity. Blending ancient ritual practices with modern therapeutic techniques, I offer a direct, embodied approach to healing that is both expansive and grounded—practical, profound, and deeply experiential. As a Master Breathwork Trainer certified through Awakened Breath since 2022, I’ve guided hundreds of individuals and students in using conscious breath to release trauma, regulate the nervous system, build resilience, and access deeper states of awareness. Breath, when held with intention, becomes a gateway to clarity, empowerment, and embodied transformation. I am also trained in Reiki Level 2 through 10,000 Names with Reiki Master Angela Updike. My energy work is subtle yet powerful, supporting the body’s natural healing response, restoring balance, and opening pathways for profound inner shifts. When paired with intentional breath, it becomes a catalyst for self-awareness, emotional liberation, and somatic empowerment. A cornerstone of my practice has been working with Bufo Alvarius (5-MeO-DMT). After two years of immersive study, I was initiated by Madhu Anand and the Family of Light in Tulum, Mexico in 2024. My approach to Bufo facilitation is rooted in deep reverence, safety, and presence, creating ceremonial containers that honor each person’s unique process. Integration is not optional—it is central to lasting transformation, ensuring insights are embodied and carried into daily life. Over the years, I have hosted and co-hosted more than a dozen transformational retreats, facilitating profound experiences with a focus on integration, empowerment, and sustainable growth. My work is intentionally designed to move people beyond surface-level healing into lasting transformation, using tools that connect mind, body, and spirit. Before stepping fully into this path, I spent over six years in mental health and substance abuse recovery, training and working hands-on in therapeutic environments. That experience continues to inform how I hold space today—trauma-informed, heart-led, honest, and unapologetically authentic. I guide those ready to step into their own power, explore the depths of consciousness, and create meaningful change in their lives, offering practices and containers that are both safe and daring, grounded and expansive.
