About this Retreat

Rooted in the peaceful forests and countryside of Sweden, I grew up surrounded by nature, animals, and the healing energy of the wild. This deep connection nurtured my soul and inspired a life devoted to understanding the depths of existence. From a young age, I have also been fascinated by the stars and the mysteries of the universe, finding guidance and wonder in their infinite beauty.
With a foundation as a social worker and therapist, I have walked alongside individuals navigating the shadows of mental health challenges and addiction, offering guidance and compassion.
My journey expanded as I embraced the transformative power of yoga and meditation, becoming a teacher and guide in these ancient practices. Embarking on a transformative path of self-rediscovery through yoga and meditation has been the cornerstone of my personal and professional growth. Since my initial encounter with these practices in 2012, I have experienced profound shifts in both body and mind, which led me to pursue certification as a multi-style, trauma-sensitive yoga and meditation teacher in Costa Rica.
Now based in the Netherlands, I teach yoga and meditation, sharing these tools for inner peace and balance. I also create sacred spaces through retreats, designed to awaken the soul and reconnect with the essence of being. Each retreat is an invitation to step into the mystery, explore the unseen, and embrace the light within.
I offer therapy that goes beyond focusing solely on the mind and behavior, addressing the heart and soul as well. I often encounter, in therapeutic contexts, the loss of these aspects of ourselves in today’s society. My passion is to guide others back to their authentic selves and weave together the wisdom of earthly life with the spiritual dimension and the universe, creating balance and well-being in body, mind, soul, spirit, and consciousness.

"I walk my medicine path" - Ceremonial - and therapeutic bodywork.
'Through all my life I have felt that I am a bringer and creator of Light... Although it was not always easy to find and feel that space of trust. Through years of (Shamanic) practice and training, I have found a deep grounding within myself. Shamanism is for me the foundation, grounding the contact with Mother Earth and nature, of which we ourselves are a part.
From this deep rooting, I have been able to explore the cosmic fields of origin and light to get my medicine from there. In this lifelong journey, working with plant medicine with Psylicobin has been a true companion on my path.
Out of calling, respect, love and a deep passion, I have been sharing plant medicine for several years now with those who feel called to walk new pathways. The brave ones..., who feel that somewhere a much more beautiful path still awaits them. Do you?

Through the Mycellium of the truffle, the energy flowed from Sweden to Friesland and we ‘Nordic Sisters’ found each other in beautiful Fryslân!
Together we guide Cacao & Truffle retreats for groups of up to 8 people.
Both our paths flowed deeply through Mother Earth and found the path of plantmedicine; truffle and Cacao, a magical combination! From a place of passion and healing through plantmedicine with psilocybin, we entered into collaboration with these spirits and are passionate about bringing this into the world. Truffles feel like ancient medicine from our place ‘Northern medicine’ and therefore very special and familiar to work with. Our Northern energy seamlessly matches in the field of light and love and we stand firmly with our feet in the Swedish/Frisian clay…. From a loving heart, we hold a safe ‘space’ for the group and ensure that each person can take a deep journey.
In this journey, which we open in the circle in ceremony on Friday evening, we work with two medicines; namely Cacao and Truffle.
Together we guide Cacao & Truffle retreats for groups of up to 8 people.

Friday
7:30 pm: You are welcome at het Zonnehuis from for a cup of tea and to set up your room.
8 pm: We will open the circle in the upstairs room at het Zonnehuis. The opening circle is to land and get acquainted together, start ceremoniously and create a safe space.
Afterwards, there is time to enjoy the sauna or a yin-yoga session, or if you feel like to go to bed early.
Saturday (Ceremony day)
10:30 am: Opening Circle, we start with bodywork to open yourself physically, energetically and spiritually to the cacao and truffles. We take time to slowly sink into the moment when we take the plant medicine. We enter ‘Indian Time’, which means we no longer take the clock into account. We make this journey outside of time and space. The invitation is to surrender to the moment: trust that you will get to see and feel exactly what you can handle. Do you feel that you need help; we are there for you.
The journey itself will take about 4 - 6 hours, after which we close down the ceremony and ensure a safe landing. We share insights with each other and end with a nutritious meal and treats to land totally before you head home.

• From the A7 ( from the directions Amsterdam-Afsluitdijk-Heerenveen & Joure-Sneek-Bolsward)
take exit 16 (Makkum-Witmarsum)
• Continue in the direction of Makkum.
• Just before Makkum you come to a roundabout: take 2nd exit- direction Allingawier-Exmorra (Hemmen-
seweg), after about 500 metres 1st exit left, this is just before a small bridge. (drive towards Schraard, not to
Exmorra, because Het Zonnehuis is located outside Exmorra, more close to Makkum)
• After about 70 metres, turn right (narrow dead-end road parallel to the water). In the third farmhouse
(the second windmill) is Het Zonnehuis, at Meerswal 9.
BY AIRPLANE
• Coming from abroad, you will fly into Schilphol Airport Amsterdam.
AIPORT PICK-UPP AND DROP-OFF
For €60 per person, we offer pick-up and drop-off at Schiphol Airport. We can also provide transportation to Leeuwarden or a nearby city afterward.
TRAIN
• You travel to Train Station Leeuwarden and then change trains to Station Harlingen Haven (This takes 28 min
and costs €6 - €9.) From schiphol, you can travel to Station Leeuwarden or travel to Station Hoorn by train
and then take an interliner (bus line 135 or 350) to Zurich.
BUS
• From Leeuwarden Central Station, you can take a bus to Bolsward or travel by train to Station Harlingen.
If you come by bus or train, you can be picked up in Harlingen, Bolsward or
Zurich.
