About this Retreat
Your Guides
My name is Eleni Kanellou and I motivate and guide people to get to know and love themselves deeper and create the lives they desire and deserve. I use coaching and counseling techniques along with meditation, visualization, art therapy and other tools that help identify and overcome trauma, limiting beliefs and old programming that holds us back and prevents us from living the life of our dreams.
My career started in Interior Design, followed by Fashion Design and Visual Merchandising in my own attempt to make the world around me more beautiful, only to discover that true beauty comes from inside - from knowing and accepting yourself as you are, with all your beautiful and unique flaws and imperfections. And so, I switched gears and got into coaching in order to work with people and inspire, motivate and guide them to get to know and love themselves more and to start living to their full potential.
I'm born and raised in Greece but I lived in New York City for 8 years until 2018 studying and working and loved the diversity and freedom of that whole experience. After that I came back to Greece and was able to see it and experience it in a whole new way. I love dancing, painting, working with my hands and I adore nature. It is our home after all!

''In this mythical 8 day journey we will visit all the magical places of Peloponnese, where the 12 labors of demigod Hercules took place in Greek Mythology such as Nemea which is famous for its wines but also for its archeological site featuring the Temple of Zeus and Nafplio, which is considered amongst the most romantic cities of Greece, also of great archeological and mythological interest with its monuments, medieval castle and beautiful architecture. In each unique site we will explore the symbolic meanings of one of the 12 labors of Hercules, such as finding courage, balance and forgiveness within ourselves, through meditation practices, art therapy and group games in a personal transformational journey to becoming the hero to our own story whilst wandering around beautiful, unique and spiritual places all around Peloponnese'' Eleni

Weather and Packing Essentials
Kind of warm days: In mid-June, Argolida can see temperatures around 35-38°C (95-100°F), especially in the afternoon. Light, breathable fabrics like linen and cotton are essential to stay cool.
Sun Protection: High-SPF sunscreen, a wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, and a light scarf or cover-up are crucial to protect against intense sun.
Hydration: A reusable water bottle is a must. Remind guests to drink water frequently and consider electrolyte tablets or powders to help them stay hydrated throughout the day.
