As a holistic therapist and transformational integration coach, I am dedicated to guiding individuals through deep healing, addressing the root causes of stress, anxiety and trauma. My journey of self-discovery has spanned 26 years, weaving together the physical, emotional, and spiritual. At 18, my grandmother, a Reiki Master named Fae, introduced me to the world of energy healing, awakening a path that has shaped my life ever since. While my mind has always been analytical, my soul is deeply connected to nature, which led me to study Botany and Zoology at university. In blending science and spirituality, I’ve come to understand that everything is energy, and it is this belief that has shaped my spiritual development. I have spent my working life as a science teacher, traveling and exploring the world at every opportunity. Alongside my career, I’ve cultivated my healing practice, becoming a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner, Sound Healing Level 2 Practitioner and recently a Certified 200-Hour Yoga Teacher. I am passionate about helping others discover the healing methods that resonate with them, believing that aligning the gut, mind, spine and breath unlocks the potential for profound healing and growth. Despite my travels, the African bush is where I truly feel at home. This sacred place, where my connection to nature runs deep, inspired me to share its beauty with others. This led to the founding of my safari company, Saseka Safaris. My passion for the wild, combined with a desire to facilitate healing, has given rise to the Reconnect Retreat.
