About this Retreat
Tereza Kerle is a respected teacher with more than twenty years of practice in Vipassana and Dzogchen. She completed yoga training in India and a two-year Tummo training under Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche. Among her teachers were also Karma Lhundup Rinpoche, Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche, and Ajahn Ottama.
In addition to her long retreat experience, she draws from her studies in performance at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, where her teachers included Tomáš Ruller and Miloš Šejn. From this background she gradually developed her own system, Movement Meditation.

- Three-Week Transformational Journey with Tereza Kerle
Your retreat follows a carefully designed progression that builds week by week, creating a complete path to reconnection and renewal. Each phase has its own focus while maintaining a consistent daily rhythm that allows for deep integration of practices.
- Week 1: Awakening the Body (Days 1-7)
The first week focuses on establishing foundations through breath awareness and physical presence. We'll work with grounding techniques and basic movement patterns that prepare the body for deeper practices.
* 6:30-8:00 AM: Morning Movement Meditation focusing on breath-body connection
* 8:30-9:30 AM: Ayurvedic breakfast with educational component
* 10:00-12:00 PM: Personalized Ayurvedic treatments
* 12:30-1:30 PM: Mindful lunch and rest
* 3:30-5:00 PM: Workshop exploring Tibetan practices and movement fundamentals
* 7:00-8:00 PM: Evening meditation and gentle sound healing
* 8:30 PM: Light dinner followed by personal integration time
- Week 2: Mapping Inner Landscapes (Days 8-14)
Building on the established foundation, we move into more subtle energy work. This week introduces practices to identify and work with energy centers and internal blockages.
* Morning sessions introduce more dynamic movement sequences
* Afternoon workshops explore Human Design principles and personal energy patterns
* Special evening ceremonies in our tea pavilion twice during the week
* One day dedicated to a silent nature walk through mountain trails
- Week 3: Integration and Transformation (Days 15-21)
The final week synthesizes all elements into a cohesive practice you can continue at home. We focus on integrating insights and creating sustainable patterns.
* More advanced Movement Meditation sequences combining all elements
* Workshops on creating your personal practice routine
* Final day includes a special celebration ceremony
* Individual closing consultations with Tereza
Throughout all three weeks, two days are reserved for rest and personal integration, where treatments continue but formal classes are optional. One special extended workshop (120 minutes) occurs each week, diving deeper into specific practices.
The retreat concludes with a powerful integration ceremony where you'll create a personal practice plan to continue your journey at home.
