Your Guides
Ray is is beam of light she shines bright and shares the light wherever she goes. She is a mother of four and a grandma. She's owns and operates a yoga, aerial arts, fire and performance business. She thrives to learn more on and off her mat. Ray has over 14 certifications and runs her own aerial yoga teacher trainings. She's a 500 E-RYT, YACEP with Yoga alliance with over 3500 teaching under her belt. Ray loves teaching retreats and looks forward to growing with you.

Join us at an amazing sanctuary immersed in nature to be transformed and inspired. Disconnect from your daily life and get in touch with the deepest and truest parts of yourself. Daily Movement and Meditation, Breathwork, Earth Medicine Ceremony, Deep Dive workshops, nature excursions, and much more.
This will be a magical journey full of love, connection, self awareness and movement. During our visit in the Caribbean of Costa Rica dive deep into embracing your inner confidence and self love. We'll move in Yoga, Aerial yoga, Afro Caribbean Zumba, Chakra workshop, surfing, horseback riding, kayaking, jungle and beach hiking amazing food and so much more.
