Ilona has been a yoga teacher for 11 years and a yoga studio owner for over 6. Her mission is to help people become conscious and self-realized. Ilona has taught over 10,000 hours of yoga classes and Yoga Teacher Trainings. Taking the teachings to the retreat setting allows Ilona to provide a wonderful opportunity for her participants to let go of stress, anxiety, past hurts and gain tools to handle life challenges from a calmer, more centered place so they are clear on exactly what they want and need to bring themselves everyday peace and joy.
