Vova aspires to become literate at being human. In early twenties he had a flashback to a childhood memory of being miraculously healed from a chronic illness by a touch of a hand. Years later, his thirst for answers took him out of software engineering and through many books, places, people, countries and experiences, eventually settling down to explore within.
With many years of an in-depth dedication to meditation, introspection, healing arts, and somatic practices, he continues to probe into the depth of existence. The direction of his work is set on maturing the capacity to sense with discernment into the subtle sheath of psycho-energetic imprints that span across mental, emotional, physical and energetic domains. Further emphasis are attended to the extraordinary psychosomatic relationship between thought and matter.
For over a decade, he has been sharing his findings via various modalities including developing emotional intelligence, rites of passage work, one-on-one and group self-inquiry sessions, retreats in remote wilderness as well as in the comfort of a meditation center. This work is his labor of deep love and the most sincere blueprint of his individuality.
The world is complex. Living in a big city is complex. The pace of urban, tech-saturated life, to-do lists, and errands leave little space to emotionally disarm, soothe the nervous system, and enter into a soft body and a silent, humble aliveness of the heart.
This retreat is an opportunity to inquire into being human, remember what truly matters in the short time that we are here, and infuse the city-sculpted mind with the intelligence of love โ all in a supportive group environment. The days will weave together guided and silent meditation, group dialogue, and inquiry into the art of inner observation.

This is a non-residential retreat, meaning you will commute to the center each day and return to the comfort of your own home each evening to rest and integrate.
Refreshments and snacks will be provided, but this may not be sufficient for a nourishing lunch. We recommend bringing your own meals or checking out our favorite places to dine.

There is value in coupling a meditation retreat with daily life at home. This format bridges the gap between deep retreat space and everyday life, strengthening the capacity to remain inwardly aware and connected amidst the mundane.
We recommend preparing your home life beforehand so you can rest deeply each evening. Consider asking family members for quiet time, perhaps unplugging from digital devices, and reducing household chores until the retreat concludes.
Our time together will consist of a focused self-inquiry discussions, guidance and plenty of time for inner exploration in the quiet and cozy space of the meditation hall at the Camino Wellness Center.
