Monday May 26th:
Arrival , settle to rooms, free time 6.00 p.m group gathering, welcome, introductions, outline of programme, questions and answers
Tuesday May 27th:
8.00 a.m: Morning Yoga (facilitator fills in type of Yoga for each session on each day)
9.30 am: Breakfast
11.00 am: Meditation (mindfulness)
Lunch:
Free time : Beach, journaling etc
5.30 pm: Evening Yoga (Facilitator fills in type of yoga)
7.30 p.m: Evening Meal
Free time or 9.00 pm: Meditation Gratitude for body (optional)
Wednesday 28th May
8.00 am: Morning Yoga
9.30 am: Breakfast
11.00 am: Meditation ( Gratitude)
Lunch:
2.30 pm: Seminar on physical well being ( Elmar and Christine)
5.30 pm: Evening Yoga
7.30 pm: evening meal
9.30 p.m Meditation: Releasing Limiting Beliefs (optional)
Thursday 29th May
8.00 am: Morning Yoga
9.30 am: Breakfast
11.00 am: meditation (love)
Lunch
Free time journaling, reflection, beach
5.30 pm: Evening Yoga
7.30 pm: Evening meal
9.30 pm: meditation ‘6 Phase Meditation’ (optional)
Friday 30th May
6.00 am: Sunrise Meditation (connecting to our higher self) optional
8.00 am: Morning Yoga
9.30 am: Breakfast
11.30 am: visit the walled city have lunch and enjoy pre historic architecture with tour guide
4.30 pm: return to base
5.30 pm: evening Yoga
7.30 pm: evening meal
Free time
Saturday 31st May
8.00 am: Morning Yoga
9.30 am: Breakfast
11.00 am: Excursion to Ghost Town with tour guide (lunch, Beach etc.)
4.30 pm: back to base
7.30 pm: Evening meal
9.00 p.m: Circle time, reflection on retreat, ‘6 Phase Meditation’ for closing of programme and projection of future.
Sunday 1st June
Goodbyes and free time.
