  • Arrival , settle to rooms, free time 6.00 p.m group gathering, welcome, introductions, outline of programme, questions and answers
  • Tuesday May 27th:
  • 8.00 a.m: Morning Yoga (facilitator fills in type of Yoga for each session on each day)
  • 9.30 am: Breakfast
  • 11.00 am: Meditation (mindfulness)
  • Lunch:
  • Free time : Beach, journaling etc
  • 5.30 pm: Evening Yoga (Facilitator fills in type of yoga)
  • 7.30 p.m: Evening Meal
  • Free time or 9.00 pm: Meditation Gratitude for body (optional)
