This mind and body retreat is a transformative sanctuary designed for women navigating perimenopause or menopause—women who juggle demanding careers, family responsibilities, and self-care, yet still seek relief from draining symptoms such as hot flushes, brain fog, anxiety, and exhaustion.

Over five rejuvenating days, you’ll learn to correct imbalances, learn techniques to help reduce hot flushes and anxiety, improve your sleep, take time to reset and completely relax, and master practical tools for ongoing wellness. This retreat integrates hypnotherapy, mindfulness, nutrition, meditation, and yoga, offering a proven, holistic approach that restores your energy, clarity, and confidence in both your personal and professional life.

To reach the retreat, fly into Bordeaux or Bergerac airport. We’ll arrange for your airport pickup and transport you directly to the retreat, ensuring a smooth and stress-free arrival.
