Boutique Intimate Retreat for 12 mums looking for nurturing the relationship to yourself, your child and each other as an expat woman living abroad.
Where: Niebo do wynajęcia (Worliny 35, woj. warmińsko-mazurskie)
We will live in a beautiful and intimate place in Warmia and Mazury, less than 3 hours away from Warsaw. We will have a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and boat at our disposal. In the dining room: a turntable and a fireplace. For children there will be a space to play, a private beach, a playground and a beautiful forest encouraging to walk and practice mindfulness.
Retreat is more than just a vacation.
Participants say that BreatheMama retreat changes lives. They come back with
charged batteries forwith a sparkle in the eye and peace in the heart and head.
THE PRICE INCLUDES:
• 7 nights/8 days in a beautiful and intimate place in Warmia and Mazury, less
than 3 hours away from Warsaw.
• Accommodation in a 3 room apartment /double room with a view of the lake
Daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner for you and your child): vegan and
vegetarian meals prepared with the highest quality ingredients. For children (
option with meat )
• Daily yoga practice and short lectures on topics (healthy emotional life, stress
management techniques, calm mind) more information to be linked to pdf
• Daily Creative program for children for approx. 4-5 hours in the spirit of
Montessori/Waldorff,
• 2 workshops for mothers (life balance, work with beliefs about motherhood)
• Meditation for mothers seeking professional inspiration
• Evening relaxation and relaxation techniques for mothers
• Unlimited access to the sauna
• Unlimited herbal tea, water, coffee

9:00 - bring your child into care
9:30 - 11:30 - yoga for mums & workshop for mums
10:00 - second breakfast for children (served by childminders)
11:30 - celebratory brunch for mums ( without kids )
13:00 /13:30 children's pick-up lunch for children
14:00 - 17:00 celebration of time with the child

Accommodation
We offer family 3-room flats consisting of two separate bedrooms and a living room, as well as double rooms of a higher standard. Each has a large terrace or loggia overlooking the entire lake, complete with bed linen and towels and a hairdryer. In-room facilities also include a Nespresso and capsule machine, kettle, minibar fridge, TV with Netflix app, sun loungers, blankets and coffee reading in the gazebo. There is also a fully equipped kitchen shared by all guests, a sauna and a boat. In the dining room to pass the time: a gramophone and a fireplace.
