About this Retreat
I am the founder of Eunoia, certified vinyasa yoga teacher and breath & somatics practitioner.
Before creating Eunoia, I spent years as a management consultant and brand strategist in the corporate world. Despite outward success, I found myself unfulfilled and saw how common anxiety, burnout, and disconnection had become.
Solo travel and yoga became my tools for recharging, reconnecting, and discovering a deeper sense of purpose. Yoga opened a path to personal transformation, helping me break free from limiting beliefs and find the courage to pursue my dreams.
Eunoia was born from this journey, blending mindfulness, movement, and community to nurture holistic well-being and guide others on their own paths to self-discovery.
Urvashi is a co-founder of Sarana Sri Lanka, a platform for immersive cultural and wellness experiences that honor the island’s ancestral knowledge and traditions. After a six-year career in technology and digital strategy in Australia, she chose to step away from the corporate world to pursue purpose-led work, helping create regenerative travel experiences rooted in Sri Lanka’s heritage.
A certified Hatha and Ashtanga yoga teacher, Urvashi weaves together movement, culture, and mindful connection. Through Sarana, her vision is to make Sri Lanka’s cultural and spiritual wealth accessible in a way that honors its roots and empowers the communities who carry it forward. At the retreat, her intention is to guide participants into a culturally grounded experience while supporting them to reconnect with themselves.
