• Breathwork, somatic movement, or grounding practices to arrive fully in the body.

• Shared meal to foster connection and set the tone for the weekend.
7:00 PM – Intention Setting & Group Check-In
• Group discussion to share personal goals and prepare for the weekend.
8:00 PM – Day 1 Closing
• Gentle meditation or journaling to close the evening.
Saturday: Psilocybin Ceremony Day
7:00 AM – Morning Embodiment Practice (Session 2)
• Movement, breathwork, or kundalini yoga to prepare mind and body for the ceremony.
8:30 AM – Group Check-In & Ceremony Preparation
• Discussion, intention-setting, and creating a supportive container for the experience.
10:00 AM – Psilocybin Ceremony Begins
• Fully guided journey with facilitator support throughout.
6:00 PM – Dinner (Provided)
• A grounding, nourishing meal to support post-ceremony integration.
7:00 PM – Quiet Reflection & Journaling
• Individual time to reflect on insights and experiences.

• Optional sharing circle or meditation to conclude the day.
Sunday: Integration & Closing

• Focused on integrating physical and emotional insights from the ceremony.

• A guided process for letting go of old patterns and embracing new clarity.

• An invigorating practice to ground and re-energize.
