There are also some ferry to Porto Torres and Obia depending from where you come from.

To get from Olbia Airport (Sardinia, Italy) to San Teodoro, we will recommend some affordable taxi options closer to the date of the retreat. Alternatively, there are also local bus services available that you can use to reach San Teodoro. We’ll provide more details to help you plan your journey few days before your arrival

Our retreat offers a variety of cosy and comfortable accommodations to suit your preferences. Our *shared rooms*(in the picture) feature two single beds, perfect for those who enjoy connecting with fellow participants while maintaining their own personal space. For those seeking a more private experience, we also offer *private rooms* with a king-size bed, providing a peaceful retreat for rest and rejuvenation. Both room types are part of the same bungalow, and share a beautifully designed, spacious bathroom to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay for all

What's Included

  • 1 *Opening Ceremony*: A warm and welcoming gathering to set intentions for the retreat ahead. This ceremony marks the beginning of a transformative journey, where participants come together to connect, share their hopes, and open their hearts to the healing practices that await. Through mindfulness, rituals, and community energy, we create a sacred space for growth, connection, and self-discovery throughout the retreat experience.
  • 2 *8 Nights of Accommodation*: Comfortable, serene lodging in a peaceful environment to promote relaxation and rest.
  • 3 *Laundry Services*: There is a small washing machine in each bathroom of the bungalow for you to use in case of need..
  • 4 *Towels* Each participant will be provided with two towels—one large and one small—for their comfort during the retreat.
  • 5 *Kitchen*The bungalow accommodations come with access to a fully equipped kitchen, little living room and couch allowing you to feel at home and enjoy some flexibility during your stay.

Afterward, enjoy some personal time to shop for unique souvenirs, bringing home a piece of the town’s culture to remember your transformative retreat experience.
  • 22 * Closing Ceremony*: A meaningful send-off ceremony to honor the journey and celebrate the transformation each participant has experienced.

What's Not Included

  • 1. *Coffee*: We encourage participants to take a break from caffeine to fully embrace the relaxing and rejuvenating environment. Herbal teas and fresh juices are available.
  • 2. *Plane Tickets*: Travel to and from the retreat location is the responsibility of each participant.
  • 3. *Arrival and Return Journey from the Airport*: Airport transfers are not included, but we can provide recommendations for transportation options.
  • 4. *Yoga Mat*: Please bring your own yoga mat to reduce plastic waste and ensure personal comfort during your practice.
  • 5. *Alcohol*: We ask participants to refrain from alcohol during the retreat to maintain the focus on wellness, mindfulness, and clarity.
  • 6. *Personal Health Insurance*: Participants are advised to have their own health insurance in case of medical needs during the retreat.
  • 7. *Personal Shopping*: Any personal shopping, including souvenirs or items purchased during excursions, is not covered by the retreat fee.
  • 8. *Extra Activities or Excursions*: Optional activities or excursions outside of the planned retreat schedule are available at an additional cost.
