About the Teacher

Why study with them?

Ania is a healthy lifestyle lover and a full time traveler. She is a motivated and creative Yoga instructor with advanced
training in Hatha Yoga and specialisation in Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga principles (YTT (700hr). She is passionate about supporting people and making a positive difference to their lives through healthy, conscious living. In her Yoga practice she combines ancient Yoga Asanas (poses) with high intensity interval training techniques. Her classes are some of the strongest classes out there but they are also designed to bring relaxation for the body, a sense of peace and calmness to the mind and a sense of harmony and wellbeing for the soul. Although her classes are powerful and physically challenging, they also have a strong underlying spiritual aspect. Ania works at focusing her students on self-awareness by raising the awareness of the body, bringing the attention to the present moment and at the same time increasing their strength and flexibility.

Ania was born in Zabrze, a city of Poland in Central Europe. She grew up in a dysfunctional family with serious alcohol abuse and domestic violence. As a teenager living in a state of despair, it’s little wonder that she too struggled with drug addiction and substance abuse. Still focused and ambitious enough to study diligently at the University of Chestochowa in Poland, Ania graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Rehabilitation of Offenders and a Masters Degree in Child Psychology and Social Therapy. Armed with her qualifications and sufficient drive to succeed, she started work supporting children and youth from dysfunctional families, and worked with prisoners as a probation officer. At the age of 26 Ania moved to England where she worked at a Specialist Care Centre doing Occupational Therapy helping people with mental health issues.

She built a good life in the UK with a well paid job, beautiful house, car, relationship etc, but she soon realised that she lived with an emptiness in her heart, stating “I felt like something was missing, that the life I was living wasn’t my truth”. After years of living with depression and a sense of helplessness, and putting on a brave face every day while trying to help other struggling individuals, and working in a social system which she didn’t agree with, she finally discovered Yoga.

Ania immersed herself in her yoga practice, spending countless hours a day, reconnecting with her highest self and the entire Universe. This sparked a shift and a series of profound changes. She quit alcohol and cigarettes (after 14 years of smoking) and became vegetarian, realising that killing animals doesn’t serve the world. She soon realised that working 8 hours a day in a system that she didn’t support is not a life she wants to live. She had a strong feeling that if she discovered her inner truth and started living according to her dreams, she could serve the Universe in much more meaningful ways. She asked herself a question:
“If there were no barriers, if time and money didn't exist, if age didn’t matter, and if I could forget about social expectations, what would I do?”
The answer came very clear: “I would travel the world, spreading the message of love through Yoga. I would show people that they don’t have to live according to social expectations, instead they can live a healthy lifestyle and find their inner happiness”. Ania believes that happiness is your natural state, it is an inner quality, it is something you have within yourself.

She then sold her house, car and everything she owned and with a single backpack, she left Liverpool to go travel the world… Her journey of self-discovery started when she left England in 2016. She first traveled to India where she studied Yoga and meditation in the Himalayas and was awarded her second Yoga certification. Her journey of self-discovery then took her to travel and teach Yoga around the world. Travelling allowed her to create a space and a time for self-discovery. Working on the conditions of her mind and her self-limiting beliefs, she stopped living according to social expectation and that helped her to discover the truth about herself. By stepping out of her comfort zone and starting to live a real, challenging life, Ania realised she didn’t really like certain things about herself… most of the things she believed in so far were just an illusion, a fairy tale she used to live in. Ania says “The awakening process is often very painful and unpleasant, and this is why so many people choose to stay asleep.” Her worldwide journey became an inner journey towards self-love and self-acceptance, so she could finally embrace and love herself just the way she is, connecting more and more with her true self. She started waking up 4-5am every morning to meditate and watch sunrise, feeling gratitude towards the Universe for giving her the strength to change and the courage to keep moving and living her dream life. She
experienced a sense of being a part of the entire Universe, a sense
of oneness. Soon she has learned important things and realised
that this knowledge can be useful to the world.
Ania’s inner journey begin to transform into an outer journey. And the inner journey never ends…

Ania currently travels around the world, teaching Yoga and coaching her clients, showing them how to live their dream lifestyle and guiding them through a transformative journey towards inner peace and happiness.
