About this Retreat
Jana is a Somatic Bodyworker & Coach, Embodiment Facilitator & Tantric Bodyworker.
Her work is all about embodied liberation, re-wilding the feminine and supporting individuals and couples to cultivate deeper intimacy with the own body and in connection.
Jana supports women on their process to reclaim their wild, raw and untamed feminine nature by guiding them back into their bodies and supporting them to reconnect to their inner source of life force and pleasure.
Her mission is empower women to remember the full spectrum of their feminine power and release all the layers of shame and social conditionings.
She is born in Germany, but since 3 years based in Portugal, where she offers her sessions, events and retreats.
Anja is a Medicine Woman, trained in energy, body and tantric work. She facilitates women circles and workshops and guides women to their wisdom.
Her aim is to empower women to express themselves, to reconnect them with their body and intuition in order to live their fullest potential.

Directions
Airport Lisbon:
It’s a 3 hour ride from the airport to the retreat center. There is a bus to Aljezur (around 4 hrs). From there you can take a taxi.
Airport Faro:
It’s a good 1 hour ride from the airport to the retreat center. From Faro it’ s best to hire a car or to carpool.
We can also organise a pick-up service from Aljezur to the retreat location for those women who do not have a car (15 min drive to the retreat location). Please write to us if you need help with your journey. We are happy to answer any questions!

Our journey will take place in Essência Nature Retreat a 20 acre community and retreat center in the Algarve. In the fairytale nature you’ll start to lose track ot time.
The retreat center is situated on the breathtaking Atlantic coast of Portugal with its untouched coastline. The ocean, with bluffs, trails and sandy cove is a 20 minute drive away.
