Jana Zappe

Jana is a Somatic Bodyworker & Coach, Embodiment Facilitator & Tantric Bodyworker.
Her work is all about embodied liberation, re-wilding the feminine and supporting individuals and couples to cultivate deeper intimacy with the own body and in connection.

Jana supports women on their process to reclaim their wild, raw and untamed feminine nature by guiding them back into their bodies and supporting them to reconnect to their inner source of life force and pleasure.
Her mission is empower women to remember the full spectrum of their feminine power and release all the layers of shame and social conditionings.

She is born in Germany, but since 3 years based in Portugal, where she offers her sessions, events and retreats.
