8am: Morning Yoga Movement Focus: Begin with gentle stretching, progressing to a flow that enhances warmth, strength, and flexibility. This is the most energetic class of the day.
9am: Breakfast
10am-2pm: Free time (enjoy the facilities e.g. time by the pool, visit the spa, visit local shops, chat to new friends…)
2pm: Lunch
2.30-4pm: Free time or option to join a skincare masterclass
4-6:30pm: Sunset safari, 30min meditation during safari
7- 7:30pm: Evening Restorative Yoga
Format: Very gentle session, featuring long stretches with blankets and cushions or other relaxing techniques e.g. Yoga Nidra
8pm: Dinner
