Retreat Host & Lead Facilitator
Megan brings over 15 of experience in yoga and holistic wellness to the retreat. As a lead instructor, she will guide participants through daily Vinyasa flow sessions, Barre & Pilates fusion classes focusing on enhancing flexibility, strength, and inner balance. Megan will also facilitate group meditations and mindfulness workshops centered on cultivating presence and mental clarity. Her nurturing approach creates a supportive environment where participants feel empowered to explore their personal journey of well-being and self-discovery, making the retreat a truly transformative experience.
Retreat Host & Lead Facilitator
Samantha is a certified Somatic Breathwork and Trauma Release Life & Wellness Coach, specializing in helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and release stored trauma. With certifications as an Advanced Somatic Breathwork Healer, Reiki, and NLP practitioner, Samantha's expertise in somatics, breathwork, and the mind-body connection enables her to guide transformative experiences of healing, self-awareness, and emotional release. At the retreat, she will lead breathwork, yoga nidra, sound healing, guided meditations, and mindfulness practices designed to release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and foster inner peace. Additionally, her background and certifications in holistic health, fitness, and nutrition adds a comprehensive approach to nurturing the connection between body and mind.
Facilitator
Taylor is a passionate yoga instructor and facilitator who found her calling during her first retreat experience.
She is excited to guide participants on their own journeys of self-discovery, healing, and rejuvenation. At the retreat, Taylor will support attendees in deepening their yoga practice, enhancing mindfulness, and finding balance in both body and mind. Her approach fosters a peaceful, yet empowering space where participants can reconnect with themselves, reduce stress, and leave feeling refreshed and grounded
