Welcome to our Utsav Bliss Fest! A weekend of spiritual celebration, connection, meditation and great self-discovery.
On our first day, we will spend most of the day having fun and getting to know each other, as well as doing our first meditation - Art of Surrender - in the late afternoon. In this meditation we will go deep in relaxation and put all of our anxiety aside, so our system can learn to surrender to the grace and magic of the universe. In the evening, we will open our creative expression and enjoy open mic night, all together!
On Saturday morning start at 7:30 am with our yoga pranayama. Our Biodynamic Yoga realigns the body at the level of the myofascia, restoring your body to it’s natural balance and shape.
Pranayama revitalizes all five dimensions of the vital body by working with the five types of breath (prana). Yoga Nidra then brings you into a state of deep, nourishing rest - a restart to your entire system! Afterwards, we enjoy a delicious vegetarian breakfast together.
Following breakfast, we have more group sessions including the Flow of Being, where we will make our whole spectrum of emotions open and healthy, through expression. Next we have Sharing Circle, where we learn to express our real feelings with each other, and be unburdened. After lunch, we open our compassion in Atisha Heart Meditation, and in the evening we will celebrate in the bliss and joy of Utsav Kirtan - an international modern kirtan band!
On Sunday morning we have our Nirvana Breathwork session, where we will learn how to put our vital energy in our third eye chakra. Then after breakfast we gather for Satsang with Maitreya, an opportunity for deep inquiry and encountering the self. Following this we have one of our favourite sessions - Love Tunnel - where we can really express our gratitude and love for each other. Then we finish with our final chai together before we depart.
By the end of this festival, you will experience profound transformation within yourself, and alongside meditation practice, there will be moments of celebration, joy, and abundant laughter.
The Sangha is here to support you throughout the festival, offering one-on-one talks to address any questions or concerns that may arise. Our festival is a welcoming space for seekers of all backgrounds and experience levels. It's a warm and inclusive environment where like-minded individuals gather to learn and grow together.

3:00 - 4:00PM - Atisha Heart Meditation
These meditations are a beautiful exploration of Bhakti techniques from the scriptures such as the Narada Bhakti Sutras
4:00 - 4:30 PM - Chai
An Utsav Sangha ritual! The best conversation happens over a warm and nourishing cup of Chai
4:30 - 5:00 PM - Evening Performance
We come together and enjoy an artistic performance, such as music, dance, song or poetry!
6:00 - 7:30 PM - Evening Celebration - Open Mic Night / Utsav Kirtan
Celebrating at the end of the day with a fun event! We will enjoy lots of music, dance, joy, and expression in our evening celebration together.
7:30 - 8:30 - Dinner
Ending the day with a beautiful meal together, nourishing and full of love
