About this Retreat
Your Guides
My name is Nicole, I have had roots in this area of Costa Rica for 10 years, and arrived for the first time with the sole purpose of experiencing Ayahuasca ceremonies. That has evolved into being a dedicated member of the support team for the facilitators, with endless growth and expansion along the way! During the many hundreds of ceremonies I have assisted in over the years, the healing and transformation I have witnessed in myself and countless others has been nothing short of miraculous.
As a certified Nutritionist, with a focus in Holistic Wellness and Hormone Health, I also have a strong passion for helping people to achieve their health and wellness goals, and integrate them into their life in a practical way. These retreats offer a chance to deep dive into the beginning of an uplifting transformational process for mind, body, and soul, and I am available to you every step of the way during the process to support you in achieving all of your intentions.
I credit this sacred plant Medicine for bringing me to a beautiful place of sobriety after far too long of struggling with addictive tendencies and have held the space for so many other incredible souls that have come to show up for themselves and do their personal healing work. That looks different for everyone, but there are common threads that unite us all, and the community created at the retreats is medicine in and of itself.
I’m honored to have hosted retreats in Portugal, Ibiza, and San Diego as well, bringing a holistic whole-body approach to healing and self-empowerment.
Details of this retreat
A week-long deep-dive into ancient ceremonial practices, including 2 nights with Ayahuasca plant Medicine, (the “vine of the soul”), 1 Kambo ceremony, 1 Temazcal sweat lodge, 1 Sound Healing Journey, and 2 Informative Workshops to support the process.
Guided Yoga, Meditation, and a trip to the region’s most stunning waterfall systems included, along with a 7-night stay at a jungle luxury retreat center, and all organic farm-to-table meals. Ample time in pristine nature, and the healing waters of rivers and ocean along the iconic coastline.
Maintaining a discerning and private profile for our clients, team and staff, we endeavor to approach this deep work with respect, humility and integrity. Our primary facilitators, born in the United States and transplanted to Costa Rica, have been in deep study with the medicine for nearly 2 decades. After their studies under the guidance of elders from Brazilian, Columbian and Peruvian lineages, the ceremonial space has evolved into a deeply authentic and unique container for personal exploration, growth and healing.
