I'm a PhD and medical doctor who studied for 20 years in higher education, achieved four degrees and spent a decade in academic clinical research. In 2020, I embarked on a shamanic, reiki and energetic healing journey to bring together my scientific and Western-based medical knowledge with energetic and spiritual practices.

Join us as we embark on a three-day luxury women's retreat in County Wicklow, Ireland, where we'll go on a deep shamanic journey around healing your past hurts and those of your ancestors, work on opening your heart chakra and connect you more deeply with your Divine Feminine energy.
Facilitated by medical doctor, shaman and energetic healer, Dr Anthony Rafferty, we'll go on a mind, body and soul approach to helping women heal and find their voice. You'll walk away with the awareness of what it means to be in conscious and fulfilling relationships, along with practices for cultivating more love and compassion - for yourself and for others.
