Day 1: Arrival & Ceremony
Welcome to your Medicine Spirit journey. People will arrive in the afternoon between 3-5pm, get settled in. After mindful preparation, we enter ceremony together that. evening, where experienced facilitators guide you through your Iboga journey with attentiveness and care. Our approach honors the medicine's wisdom while ensuring you feel supported at every step.
Day 2: Recovery & Integration
Perhaps the most important day of your journey. Many people are still in the Medicine throughout the day. This day includes personal reflection time, 1-on-1 or group support, resting and recovering, and optional excursions to local waterfalls, swim holes, or other beautiful locations in Nature. We help you process, understand, and integrate your experience.
Day 3: Embodiment & Community
We start the day with a morning temascal / sweat lodge ceremony to wash away the residue and step fresh into your new life. The afternoon consists of a special group sharing circle allowing insights to settle and take root. In the evening, we gather for a sacred pipe ceremony to honor your journey and set intentions for moving forward into our lives. You'll leave with specific tools and practices to continue your healing process.
Day 4: Bufo Ceremony, Closing & Departure
The retreat will conclude with an optional Bufo Ceremony - the sacred Toad Medicine. Though not necessary or appropriate for all, Bufo directly after Iboga is a beneficial way to conclude and reconnect to the pure consciousness, cosmic joy and divinity within that Bufo often provides a gateway to and is amplified after Iboga, while not interfering with the longer term work iboga will continue to do.
The Rest of Your Life!
The Medicines, and experiences, of this retreat will leave you truly transformed and empowered. Taking the new you back into your life is where the real work begins. We are available to continue to support your journey of embodying your transformation along your path forward.
