Day 1 Arrival in San Cristobal & La Loberia: grounding & snorkeling Meals included: Lunch and dinner
Your journey begins as you arrive on the beautiful island of San Cristobal, where you'll be transferred to your accommodation, surrounded by nature's serenity. After checking in, we'll take a leisurely stroll through the local market to immerse ourselves in the island's vibrant energy and enjoy the fresh, organic produce. The day’s lunch will focus on detoxifying raw vegan cuisine, designed to rejuvenate your body and soul.
In the afternoon, we embark on a visit to La Lobería, known for its breathtaking cliffs and abundant wildlife. The walk across volcanic rock will allow us to connect with the earth through grounding practices, a powerful technique to bring you into the present moment. The surroundings are ideal for snorkeling, where you can swim alongside sea lions and colorful marine life. As the day winds down, we’ll return to our coaches' home, El Barquero, where a delicious detoxifying vegan meal awaits, you will enjoy time in the garden, with space for games, relaxation, and a cozy evening by the campfire. This is the perfect beginning to a transformative journey of self-discovery, detox, and mindfulness.

Day 2 Meditation, Snorkeling & Embodiment

Start your day with a deep connection to your inner self during a guided meditation at Tijeretas, one of the most serene spots on San Cristobal. Surrounded by nature, you’ll find tranquility as you tune into your body and mind, clearing away any lingering stress. Following meditation, we will head to Playa Carola, where you'll have the opportunity to explore the crystal-clear waters and vibrant marine life through snorkeling. The morning will also include embodiment practices on the beach, encouraging you to embrace movement as a form of self-expression and physical release. This grounding experience connects you with the natural world while awakening your body’s innate wisdom.
After this revitalizing morning, we'll prepare a wholesome raw vegan lunch, nourishing both body and soul with fresh, plant-based ingredients that support detox and vitality.
In the afternoon, embark on a half-day tour to Isla Lobos, a stunning island known for its unspoiled beauty and diverse wildlife. During the excursion, you'll be able to observe sea lions in their natural habitat, along with various bird species like blue footed boobies and magnificent frigate birds. The island offers an ideal space for both relaxation and further grounding as we connect with the primal energy of the surroundings. We'll return to El Barquero for a nutritious dinner, with plenty of time for reflection and relaxation, enhancing your detox experience. This day will leave you feeling balanced, recharged, and more connected to your body and the world around you.

Day 3 Speedboat to Puerto Ayora, Cerro Mesa & Detox Deep Experience at Galápagos Magic (fruitarian diet day)

The day begins with an exciting speedboat ride to Puerto Ayora (2 hours), the bustling hub of Santa Cruz Island. Upon arrival, we'll visit the local market, where you can explore the island’s fresh, organic produce and unique offerings. From there, we will journey to Cerro Mesa, where we’ll descend into the ancient crater for a guided meditation. This peaceful location offers the perfect environment for deepening your practice and connecting with the earth. After meditation, we’ll enjoy a nourishing raw vegan buffet featuring a variety of fresh fruits and smoothies, designed to fuel your body and support detoxification.
In the afternoon, we will travel to the serene Galapagos Magic, a perfect retreat setting. Here, you’ll participate in a hands-on juicing workshop, where you’ll learn to create detoxifying and energizing juices using local, nutrient-rich ingredients. This session will not only refresh and detoxify your body but also deepen your understanding of the healing power of plant-based nutrition. Later, join a sharing circle where you can reflect on your experiences, connect with like-minded souls, and continue your personal journey of self-awareness. The day will conclude with a raw vegan dinner, allowing you to unwind and enjoy the peace of the surroundings. Today, we immerse ourselves in the timeless energy of Galapagos Magic, where we connect with the ancient beings of the islands— the giant tortoises. These incredible creatures symbolize resilience and longevity, and you’ll experience a profound grounding exercise, allowing you to tap into their energy and wisdom. This practice will guide you into a deeper connection with your body and the natural world, fostering both physical and emotional healing. After this transformative experience, we will return to the retreat center for a rejuvenating juicing workshop, where you’ll learn to prepare fresh, detoxifying juices. The workshop emphasizes the power of plant-based nutrition to cleanse and energize, aligning with your detox goals.
In the afternoon, we continue with our detox journey through a Liquidarian Diet, focused on hydrating and nourishing your body with juices all designed to further cleanse and rejuvenate. This nourishing liquid-based diet will allow your digestive system to reset and support the detox process while maintaining your energy levels. After enjoying this pure and revitalizing nourishment, we gather for a sharing circle, where you can reflect on your experience, share your insights, and connect with others on a similar path of transformation. On the fifth day of your retreat, we continue our journey of rejuvenation at the serene Galapagos Magic. The day begins with another invigorating juicing workshop, where you’ll explore the powerful benefits of fresh, nutrient-dense juices and learn new techniques to support your detox and overall health. These juices are carefully designed to cleanse, hydrate, and energize, aligning with your body’s natural rhythms. Following the workshop, we’ll enjoy a light, plant-based lunch, continuing with our detox-focused meals that nourish from the inside out. This is an ideal time to reflect on the transformation you've experienced so far and prepare for the powerful closing ceremony of the retreat.
In the afternoon, we will hold a deeply spiritual and heart-opening cacao ceremony, a powerful ancient ritual used for healing and self-awareness. Cacao, known as the "food of the gods," is a potent plant medicine that enhances emotional release, deepens meditation, and opens the heart. This sacred ceremony will be an opportunity for you to connect more deeply with your intentions, reflect on your journey, and receive guidance for your path forward. After the ceremony, we’ll gather for a light, detoxifying dinner, allowing your body to absorb the healing energies from this journey.

As the retreat comes to a close, we begin the day with a check-out from Galapagos Magic and head to Puerto Ayora for the next part of our journey. Our staff will take your luggage to the hotel, while you will venture out to the pristine Tortuga Bay, where you’ll have the opportunity to explore the waters through sea kayaking. This tranquil activity allows you to connect with the serene beauty of the bay while gently moving your body, fostering a sense of calm and mindfulness. The natural surroundings provide the perfect environment for reflection and deep connection with the water, further enhancing your detox journey.
In the afternoon, we make our way to Punta Estrada for a soothing and restorative Yin Yoga session, where you’ll slow down and stretch deeply, allowing your body to release any remaining tension. This practice promotes deep relaxation and flexibility, helping to integrate the physical and emotional work you've done throughout the retreat. Following the yoga, we will close the retreat with a transformative sound healing session, using the power of sound frequencies to cleanse and balance your energy. This sacred closing ritual will help you leave the retreat feeling aligned, peaceful, and fully nourished. Afterward, we will enjoy a final detoxifying meal together, reflecting on the journey and the transformation you’ve experienced over the past six days.

Surrounded by the peaceful energy of the Galapagos Islands, this final meditation will help you ground and carry the sense of calm, clarity, and balance forward as you prepare to return to daily life. After this serene practice, we will transfer to Baltra Airport for your flight back to Quito or Guayaquil.
As you leave the islands, you’ll take with you not only memories of a beautiful journey but also the tools for continued self-discovery, detox, and mindfulness. This retreat will leave you feeling rejuvenated, centered, and empowered to embrace the next chapter of your life with a renewed sense of purpose and well-being.

Reaching the Galapagos Islands is a seamless journey with the right guidance. Begin your adventure by flying into San Cristobal Airport (SCY) from mainland Ecuador. International travelers typically connect through Quito (UIO) or Guayaquil (GYE).

Have in mind you will need to book: Quito or Guayaquil to San Cristobal and Baltra to Guayaquil or Quito:
