Details of this retreat

In the winter stillness of the Bernese Oberland, we gather to immerse ourselves deeply in Yin.
As the year comes to an end and the days grow shorter, we enter the darkest phase of the cycle — an invitation for women to turn inward. Like nature drawing its energy back into the roots, we too are invited to release what has completed its time, allowing what no longer needs nourishment to gently fall away.
This retreat creates a space for deep rest, regeneration, and true stillness.
Through gentle movement, silence, and embodied practice, we journey into the Water Element — the home of essence, origin, and depth.
