About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

An experience of reconnection with the Earth, the soul, and living nature.

During the summer, our retreats focus on exploring the natural portals of Mount Shasta: caves, crystal-clear rivers, sacred lakes, hidden waterfalls, and mountain trails that invite contemplation, joy, and expansion.

We spend most of our time in motion, visiting power spots and engaging in practices of connection, meditation, singing, and silence in nature.

We sleep at camp under a starry sky where the Milky Way is visible, creating the perfect setting for stargazing, cosmic sightings, and heartfelt nighttime conversations with new friends who, like you, have felt the call of the sacred mountain.

This is a sacred invitation to return to nature, to your soul, and to the heart of community
