About this Retreat
I was born in the Perfume Pagoda, the heart of Buddhism in Vietnam, where I grew up intrigued by why people visit. I studied culture, religion, and history at Hanoi University and worked as a tour leader for 15 years, learning about what fascinates people about Vietnam. Practicing Qigong meditation for over 10 years, I’ve gained deep insights into health, mind, and culture. I now share this blend of health and Vietnamese culture through food, traditional medicine, and social life, helping others connect deeply with Vietnam.
