Why This Retreat Exists

The Fit to Retire retreat was born from a shared passion to redefine what it means to “retire well.” Too often, retirement is viewed only through a financial lens—yet we know that true fulfillment in this next chapter comes from purpose, vitality, and connection.

We created this retreat to offer something different: a space to pause, reflect, and intentionally design your life beyond career. Through movement, conversation, and the power of nature, we guide you to invest in your whole self—body, mind, and spirit—so you can retire with strength, confidence, and meaning.

This retreat exists for those who want more than just to stop working. It’s for those who want to start living—with purpose, with clarity, and with a community of like-minded individuals by their side.
