Abbi is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, herbalist, and reiki practitioner / energy worker, familiar with many different modalities and always maintaining a cycle of healing > integration > exploration. She loves letting her inner child shine through while being a guiding light for others, and recognizing everyone as equals. Eager to increase accessibility to different healing modalities, she loves offering services at affordable prices in reachable destinations.

The Rooted & Radiant Women's Wellness Retreat is oriented around connecting with ourselves, sisters, nature, and our root chakras.
This retreat lasts from Thursday afternoon until Sunday morning, allowing us a night for introductions and bond building, two full days of activities and development, and a morning to wrap up and prepare to return to our lives rejuvenated, connected, and in touch with ourselves, others, and the world around us.
We will be led by facilitators for amazing experiences such as yoga, ecstatic dance, meditation, guided journaling, and more!

Schedule
Each morning, we will have yoga at 8 AM Eastern, which is optional. We will have breakfast around 9:15 AM, followed by activities, such as journaling, meditation, painting, herbalism. Then we will have lunch around 1 PM, followed by a sisterhood circle oriented around a different topic or intent. Then we will have a few activities such as crystal healing, reiki, tantra, meditation, and some free time before dinner. After dinner, we will have cacao and fire circle discussions and ecstatic dance / sound bath.

Accommodation
Come join us at the Rooted and Radiant Women’s Retreat on a private five-acre plot all to ourselves in the quiet space of Peebles. Each guest gets their own bed, and we all sleep in the same longhall. There is a kitchen and a long dining table, a fire circle, showers, and more. Be completely immersed in nature while having access to all of the amenities.

The plot is an off-grid five-acre nature-oriented space. There is a creek, a fire circle, space for dancing, a kitchen, activities, and more. It is great for community and connecting to the world around us!
