Embark on a new adventure each day—whether it's hiking to hidden waterfalls, exploring a butterfly garden or hummingbird sanctuary, visiting a lush orchid reserve, learning the secrets of an artisanal chocolate factory, or soaking in breathtaking natural hot springs high in the Andes.
Savour a delicious, soul-nourishing lunch back at the retreat center or on the road, depending on the day’s outing.
Afternoon:
Dive into breathwork sessions that build progressively throughout the retreat, guiding you deeper into your breath, body, and inner awareness.
Participate in transformative heart-opening workshops designed to help you reconnect with yourself, explore your inner landscape, and access your own deep wisdom, grounded in a guided meditation at the end.
Enjoy free time to reflect, journal, or simply unwind. Feel free to explore the local village, try an adrenaline sport (of many options), or browse for artisan souvenirs.
Evening:
Share a lovingly prepared dinner with your retreat community, nourishing both body and soul.
Some evenings will offer special experiences—gather around the fire for a sacred Fire Ceremony, open your heart during a powerful Cacao Ceremony, or enjoy a joyful cooking class learning to make empanadas with a local family.
