Retreat Highlights

  • A Journey of Alchemy and Transformation
  • An Invitation to Transmute, Awaken, and Renew
  • We are all alchemists—shapeshifters of experience, turning the lead of our past into the gold of embodied wisdom. This retreat is an invitation to rediscover that innate power. Here, transformation is not about changing matter but shifting energy—welcoming fluidity, renewal, and rebirth on the deepest, cellular level.
  • In nature, nothing stays still. We, too, are meant to evolve. Even the sacred passage from life to death is part of a divine cycle of renewal. Through guided practices, stillness, movement, and connection, we honor the rhythms of change and the mystery of becoming.
  • Life brings us to the edges—of loss, of awakening, of change. At this retreat, we gather to embrace it all. To heal, to grow, and to transmute—without shame, without fear, and always with grace.

Details of this retreat

This retreat is a sacred space for deep healing, reflection, and self-discovery.

Many of us dream of an Eat, Pray, Love journey—traveling to breathtaking places, savoring delicious food, meditating, and rediscovering ourselves. We long for a magical escape to find clarity, love, inspiration, and happiness. But transformation isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience.

Your personal journey may look entirely different from the classic Eat, Pray, Love narrative—and that’s perfectly okay. This retreat is not about following a script. You don’t need an ashram, tropical beaches, or a perfectly curated itinerary to find what your soul truly needs. It’s about healing, releasing grief or sadness, and reconnecting with yourself. It’s about finding peace, gaining clarity, and giving yourself permission to love and nurture yourself.

Food, as a symbol of growth and change, will help you reconnect with your body and emotions. Prayer, in whatever way resonates with you, will deepen your sense of presence and inner peace. Love—starting with self-love—will expand your capacity to give and receive more fully.
