Namaste, my name is Vannessa Sādhanī @shakti_silvestre. After years of practice, my passion for yoga led me on a pilgrimage to the essence of the Self in the Himalayas, where I lived for a time immersed in ashrams, temples, poojas and mantras. Guided by my Guru Prakash Dhungana from Nepal, I now dedicate myself to creating spaces where people can connect with their five bodies, recognizing that we are fullness, union and happiness. My teaching is centered on classical Tantra Yoga, an ancient spiritual practice that seeks the expansion of consciousness through the connection with vital energy.
I am a teacher of classical Tantra Yoga, an ancient spiritual practice, and Kundalini Yoga at my center @Shaktipith.yoga in Aigües, Alicante. I complement my Sadhana with meditative dances such as Tandava and Shakti Dance, Sanskrit chants and harmonization through the Gong together with @vibraprana. I invite you to experience the depth and beauty of traditional integral yoga. Hari Om
Details of this retreat
Shamanism in the Himalayas of Nepal is an ancient practice that seeks a deep connection between humans and nature. Therefore, they don't use psychodelic substances, but their drum.
Through the use of the drum, the shaman invokes the spirits, creating a sacred space where healing and transformation are possible. The sound of the drum resonates in the soul, guiding people on their inner journeys, providing clarity and peace of mind.
This four-day retreat, led by the renowned shaman Bhola Banstola, will immerse you in Nepalese cosmology, exploring the creation of the universe and the causes of disharmony from the traditional Jhankri perspective. Through stories, myths, ceremonies, dances and group rituals, you will discover the elements of creation and the three worlds and fourteen levels (Tintri-lok Chaudha Bhuvana) of the higher and lower spiritual realms of Nepal.
You will learn about the male and female spirits of the sacred Dhyangro drum, understanding how the energies of Purusha and Prakriti come together to bring healing and harmony. In addition, Bhola will guide you through the practical aspects of shamanism, such as the preparation of the traditional altar (Thaan), the creation of offerings (Chadaunu) and the invocation of the water deity Jala Devi to generate healing water.
This retreat promises a profound spiritual transformation. You will participate in the creation of a healing mandala (Rekhii), perform rituals of liberation and purification, and experience the Shamanic Dance of Transformation (Jhankri-Naach). At the end, you will receive the blessing of the five-colored thread (Pancha-Rangi Dhago), symbol of the unity of the five elements, to elevate your vital forces and strengthen your spiritual resilience.
Join this unique experience and learn to resonate with the vibrations of the earth.
