Paulo Paredes Aveiga is the Co-Lead Facilitator and Director of Saphi Yoga Farms and Trimurti Yoga School in Ecuador. Since the 2010s, he has been immersing himself in yogic teachings across India, studying in ashrams, yoga academies, and traditional centers. His journey encompasses over 2,000 hours of Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in various traditions, including Tantra, Traditional Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Vinyasa, and Meditation. Paulo offers insightful lectures on yoga philosophy, asana, pranayama, and kundalini, inspiring self-reflection and the joy of embracing one's true essence.

The 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at Saphi Yoga Farm is a 27‑day, multi‑style immersion set in Ecuador’s Andes designed to deepen yoga personal practice and develop in a supportive community surrounded by nature’s beauty. This program is Yoga Alliance–certified, ensuring global recognition of your RYT‑200 credential.
Led by Paulo Paredes Aveiga alongside a dedicated team of five experienced instructors on Hatha & Tantric Philosophies and practices, Prana Vydia, Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy, and Meditation—the course weaves ancient traditions with modern methodologies for holistic integration.
Curriculum Highlights
Multi‑Style Asana Practice: Explore Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Vinyasa Flow based on bio mechanical principles.
Pranayama & Meditation: Daily breath‑control sessions and mindfulness practices to cultivate inner clarity and resilience
Yoga Philosophy & Ethics: In‑depth study of classical texts, ethical guidelines (Yamas and Niyamas), and lineage traditions
