The 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at Saphi Yoga Farm is a 27‑day, multi‑style immersion set in Ecuador’s Andes designed to deepen yoga personal practice and develop in a supportive community surrounded by nature’s beauty. This program is Yoga Alliance–certified, ensuring global recognition of your RYT‑200 credential.
Led by Paulo Paredes Aveiga alongside a dedicated team of five experienced instructors on Hatha & Tantric Philosophies and practices, Prana Vydia, Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy, and Meditation—the course weaves ancient traditions with modern methodologies for holistic integration.

Curriculum Highlights

Multi‑Style Asana Practice: Explore Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Vinyasa Flow based on bio mechanical principles.
Pranayama & Meditation: Daily breath‑control sessions and mindfulness practices to cultivate inner clarity and resilience
Yoga Philosophy & Ethics: In‑depth study of classical texts, ethical guidelines (Yamas and Niyamas), and lineage traditions
Anatomy & Physiology: Functional anatomy lessons and biomechanics to support safe practice and injury prevention
Teaching Methodology: Hands‑on practicums, class sequencing, cueing techniques, and adjustments to build confidence in leading diverse classes
Specialty Workshops: Session and experiences to integrate yogic principles beyond the mat.

Duration & Schedule: 27 nights, with an average day beginning at 6:30 AM (sadhana) and concluding after evening practice.
Language: Classes are delivered in English, with Spanish support available
Accommodation: Shared or private eco‑style rooms on‑site at Saphi Yoga Farm

06:30 – 09:00: Morning Sadhana – Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Chanting

09:00 – 10:30: Breakfast

10:30 – 12:00: Lectures and workshops

13:00 – 14:30: Lunch and Rest

15:45 – 18:45: Workshops Lectures and Sessions

19:00 – 20:00: Dinner Forest Bathing or Hot Tub Relaxation

Eco‑casitas, hot water & private baths. Practice sunrise yoga in our timber shala, wander forest trails, and recharge in wood‑fired hot tubs.
